    The cut off mark is way too low for a university. I consider any school that admits those who scored below 200 for any course to be unserious.
    These are the sets of students who will constitute themselves into nuisance in the ivory tower.They are the veritable never do Wells who will go to any length to buy their way through the university or get the degree at any dishonourable means.
