JAMB Subject Combination For Building Technology

The required JAMB subject subject combination for Building Technology are:

Physics, Mathematics, and any of Chemistry, Geography, Art, Biology and Economics.

(i) IBADAN requires any 3 Science subjects.

(ii) ABU requires Geography, Biology and any other Science subject.

(iii) UNN requires Geography and any two subjects preferably Arts or Social Science subject.

WAEC (O Level) Subject Requirements For Building Technology

The list of compulsory WAEC subjects required for Building Technology under the faculty of are as follows:

Five SSCE credit passes in English Language, Maths, Physics, Chemistry and any of Fine Art, Geography or Wood Work, Biology, Econs, Tech. Drawing, Further. Maths., Introduction to Building Construction, Bricklaying/Block laying, Concreting, Wall, Floors and Ceiling Finishing, Joinery, Carpentry, Decorative Painting, Lining, Sign and Design, Wall Hanging , Colour Mixing/Matching and Glazing, Ceramics, Graphics Design, Graphic Printing, Basic Electricity.

Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks

(i) UNN requires Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSSC) or its equivalent with five credits including Mathematics, Physics and Sciences. A credit pass in Geography is compulsory.
