Confluence University Gets NUC Approval For MBBs, Law and Others

Confluence University of Science and Technology, Osara, Kogi State, has received approval from the National Universities Commission (NUC) to establish six new academic programmes.

The approved programmes include:

• Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS)
• Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT)
• B.Rad. Radiography
• B. Agric. Agriculture
• B.Eng Agricultural Engineering
• LLB, Law

The approval, which takes effect from the 2024/2025 academic session, is for the full-time mode of delivery only.

The university has been advised to seek further processing from the NUC before commencing part-time mode delivery.

The NUC has emphasized the importance of providing adequate human and material resources for the development and growth of the approved programmes.

This approval is a significant milestone for the university, and the community is encouraged to take advantage of these new academic opportunities.
