The University of Ilorin’s Senate has given the green light to the graduating list for the 2022/2023 academic session.
This decision was made during the 301st Senate sitting on August 28, 2024, where the results of 8,494 students were approved.
These students have met the necessary conditions to graduate and will participate in the upcoming Convocation ceremony in October.
The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Wahab Olasupo Egbewole, SAN, made the announcement and disclosed that a special Senate meeting will be held to consider students with pending results.
This move aims to allow additional prospective graduands to graduate alongside their peers.
The Vice Chancellor urged concerned Departments and Faculties to ensure prompt and seamless processing of graduating candidates’ results.
This development brings joy to the affected students and their families, marking a significant milestone in their academic journey.
