Dog walking is a great way for individuals to get some great exercise and be able to enjoy the outdoors all while caring for man’s best friend. Dog walks are typically scheduled M-F between the hours of 10am-4pm, so candidates should have similar availability. Candidates should also be confident in their dog handling skills and be comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds and temperament. Candidates must be able to track their schedule in a calendar or planner, be accessible by and responsive to email on a daily basis, and have their own reliable insured vehicle and current driver’s license. Dog walks are assigned within a 3 mile radius of the zip code 22206. Minimum 4-month commitment required.

  • Must have a love and passion for animals and be willing to walk in any type of weather conditions.
  • Must have dog walking experience / control of dogs of varying sizes and breeds. (both personal and professional experience will be considered)
  • Must possess exceptional written and verbal skills to interact with us and our clients.
  • Must be dependable, responsible, reliable, have strong communication skills, and common sense and good judgment.
