The University of Ibadan (UI) has announced that the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) has disbursed N201,114,650.00 to the university’s account for the 2023/2024 academic session.
This fund will benefit 1,370 students who successfully applied for the TINUBU Student Loan.
The Bursary Department is currently processing the fund to enable the concerned students to obtain a Smart receipt.
Students who have already paid their session fees and are beneficiaries of the NELFUND loan are entitled to a refund.
To apply for a refund, students must submit a written application through the Dean of Students to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic, providing their account details and attaching a photocopy of the original payment receipt.
