First Semester – 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 Sessions
- Sunday, 24th November 2024 – Arrival of all returning students
- Monday, 25th November 2024 – Registration begins for returning students
First Semester Lecture Period (25th November 2024 – 7th March 2025):
- Lectures for returning students begin on Monday, 25th November 2024
- An extra-ordinary Senate meeting takes place on Wednesday, 27th November 2024 to consider prior session results
- Fresh students arrive on Sunday, 1st December 2024
- Pre-resumption registration for fresh students starts on Monday, 2nd December 2024
- Lectures for fresh students begin on Monday, 9th December 2024
- Christmas break is observed from Monday, 23rd December 2024 to Sunday, 5th January 2025
- Fresh students’ orientation is scheduled for Tuesday, 21st January 2025
- Payment of charges ends on Friday, 10th January 2025
- Matriculation ceremony is set for Tuesday, 11th February 2025
- Continuous assessment scores must be submitted by Friday, 21st February 2025
- Lectures conclude on Friday, 7th March 2025

- Second instalment payment deadline is Friday, 30th May 2025
- Registration for second instalment payments ends on Friday, 6th June 2025
- Continuous assessment scores must be submitted by Friday, 25th July 2025
- Lectures end on Friday, 25th July 2025
Examination and Break Period:
- Revision week runs from Monday, 28th July to Friday, 1st August 2025
- Student Union Government (SUG) Week takes place from Monday, 4th to Saturday, 9th August 2025
